Inspiré de manière flagrante (quel écran titre) bien que non-officielle par le film Alien (1979), le jeu propose d'échapper à des aliens dans un labyrinthe tout en creusant des pièges pour les y enfermer.
Un gameplay de Pac-Man Like qui sera d'ailleurs repompé en partie pour le 1er jeu officiel Alien (1982)
